Opportunities

The need for the Field Monitoring Module stems from the following:

• Need to strengthen more systematic prioritized planning of field monitoring with reference to expected results and likely risks to their achievement;

• Need to reduce paper-based and manual preparations for and data collection during field monitoring visits

• Need to carryout aggregate analysis of data collected during multiple field monitoring visits

• Need to strengthen the links between specific expected outputs and field monitoring findings and recommendations, including integrating and being able to extract specific elements necessary for HACT assurance and management oversight.

• Need for improved quality assurance around monitoring and reporting

• Lack of ability to track field monitoring performance metrics

• Inability to track and act upon follow up items from the field monitoring activities
