Scope of the Field Monitoring Module

The following activities / processes are considered in and out of scope of the Field Monitoring Module.

OUT OF SCOPE

  • Overall planning of field monitoring on a quarterly or annual basis

  • Establishment of tailored field monitoring checklists

  • Specific site visit planning and assignment

  • Site level off-line data collection

  • Summary analysis of site level data triangulating across methods

  • Creation and Assignment of Action Points

  • Integration with eTools TPM Module

  • Interoperability with eTools suite as indicated in Field Monitoring Technical Specifications

  • Building in geo-referencing of data for future mapping functionalities, the latter to be developed in a second phase.

  • Management of action points (to be developed as a component serving multiple eTools modules for a harmonized user experience)

  • Visual mapping of data
