Assigning / Accepting / Rejecting a Visit

Once the Staffer has finalized the list of questions, the activity can be assigned. Staffers can assign the monitoring activity to themselves, another UNICEF colleague, or a TPM. When clicking ASSIGN, the activity will be assigned to whoever was selected in the details page, and they will receive a notification.

The team member receiving the assignment gets a pivoted list of questions for the Field Monitoring, pivoted into Method Specific lists. This approach supports the monitor staff in organizing their monitoring activity and ensuring that questions are not overlooked during the activity. This view also shows all previously recorded issues associated with the Partner, Location, CP Outputs, PD/SSFA, or Sites:

The assigned Staff or TPM then accepts or rejects the assigned field visit. If rejected, the FM Visit returns to the . If accepted, the process moves on to , ready for the field monitoring activity.
