Monitoring Activity

The purpose of the Monitoring Activity tab is to provide an overview of all the planned and currently completed FM activities. The following information is displayed in the Monitoring Activity screen:

• Completed / Planned Visits;

• Geographic Coverage;

• Coverage of Active Partnerships;

• Visits Eligible for HACT Programmatic Visit (when displayed Coverage of Active Partnerships by Partner) ;

• Open Issues and Action Points (when displayed Coverage of Active Partnerships by PD/SSFA or by CP Output).

Completed / Planned Visits

The progress bar shows the number of visits completed and the overall number of planned visits. Also, the bar displays the percentage of completed visits:

The total number of monitoring activities performed during the previous year is displayed next to the progress bar.

Geographic Coverage

The Geographic Coverage area is an interactive heat map that shows the degree of FM activity for the year and displays the number of visits:

This map is filterable by:

• Section, or provides a look at all sections combined;

• CP Output, or provides a look at all CP Outputs combined;

• Year (default value is the current year), or shows multiple years combined.

Users can select as many filters as required from the drop-down list:

The map can also display pins for all visited Sites. Site pins are color-coded and filterable by Category.

Coverage of Active Partnerships

The Coverage of Active Partnerships area provides three separate views:

• By Partner;

• By PD/SSFA;

• By CP Output.

To switch between these views, use the tab bar available in the upper part of the Coverage of Active Partnerships area:

The tab By Partner displays the number of completed and planned visits for current year grouped by Partners:

Each partner’s progress bar shows:

• Completed Activities;

• Completed Activities that are HACT-Compliant;

• Number of Planned Visits;

• Minimum Required Programmatic Visits;

• Number of Days since the last visit.

Also, this data can be sorted by:

• % Completed up;

• % Completed down;

• Number Completed up;

• Number Completed down;

• Alphabetical Order.

The tab By PD/SSFA displays the number of completed and planned visits for the current year grouped out by PD and SSFA:

Each PD/SSFA’s progress bar shows:

• Total completed visits;

• Total HACT-compliant completed visits;

• Number of Days since the last visit;

• The average number of days between visits.

The tab By CP Output displays the number of completed and planned visits in the current year grouped by CP Output:

This view refers only to CP Outputs that can be monitored at the community level. This characteristic is assigned in the Settings section. Each progress bar shows:

• Total completed visits;

• Total HACT-compliant completed visits;

• Number of Days since the last visit;

• The average number of days between visits.

Visits Eligible for HACT Programmatic Visit

This area is displayed below the Geographic Coverage when the tab By Partner is chosen in Coverage of Active Partnerships:

In this area, users can see the number of completed visits for the current year that are compliant with HACT requirements. These visits are grouped by partner:

This area is displayed below the Geographic Coverage when either the tab By PD/SSFA or By CP Output is chosen in Coverage of Active Partnerships:
