DESCRIPTION

UNICEF Users

☒

☐

UNICEF User includes all staff who are able to view the module.

FM Users

☒

☐

FM User is a staff member or individual consultant (with a UNICEF email address) who is able to use the Field Monitoring Module from planning through to data collection and analysis. This most likely corresponds to all programme managers, CP output managers, partnership managers, HACT focal point, PME, and any user the country office choses to assign this group to.

Data Collectors

☒

☒

Data collectors, technically not a user group, include those assigned to the field monitoring activity as team members in order to perform data collection. These users have edit abilities for the data collection section. Data collectors will include staff or TPMs, depending on the monitoring activity.

TPM

☐

☒

Third Party Monitors (TPM) are staff of firms/institutions, contracted by UNICEF for field monitoring services, who will have access only to the data collection and analysis functionalities. Note: TPM module development has been completed and is a separate module in eTools. The TPM module's functionality will be reduced to User management for TPMs only.
