After the Details have been confirmed, a visit Checklist is automatically generated in the Checklist tab. The Staff then selects which issues they want to probe from the list:

While editing, the Staff can add Specific Details about the visit by clicking in the corresponding column:

In the last column, there is a list of acceptable methods that could be used to obtain the required information:

If Staff members want to add additional items not yet listed, they should coordinate with the PME. A question can be custom-defined in the country office PME in the Settings section. Also, there's a list of predefined questions available by default.

For each Partner, Partnership, and CP Output, all questions, at the appropriate level, are listed and the ability to select whether or not to be part of the checklist is provided. The checklist is a pivoted list of all questions selected by the method. For each method (KI, Obs, etc.), all determinants are grouped by Partner, Partnership, and CP Output.

The Additional Info tab contains the list of known issues related to a Partner, CP Output, or Site/Location:

To get more information, check the chapter of this documentation.

These issues are managed in the of the Field Monitoring Module.
