The Templates area enables advanced checklist configuration for field monitoring activities. Here, the Authorized User, usually a PME, can choose which questions will show up by default relating to which entities. Moreover, the user can provided context (Specific Details to Probe) to the questions, details that can be associated to all entities or any entity in particular, as well as overwritten afterwards. These pre-set questions will be shown by default in the , however they can be further customized during the visit planning step.

Using the drop-down at the top of the Templates area, users can select a specific entity:

Applicable questions can be selected from the available checklist:

If needed, specific details can be added to each question by clicking the corresponding field in the Specific Details to Probe column:

If no specific entities are selected (Specific Partner, CP Output, or PD) the configuration selected (which questions are selected to appear in the checklist by default, or what specific details) will apply to any entity, and can be overwritten either in this screen for a particular entity by selecting it and modifying, or during the planning of a specific monitoring activity.
