SETTINGS

CP Outputs

  • Ability to associate multiple sections with CP Outputs

Sites

  • Sites can only be added and edited by PME user group

PLANNING

CO Overview

  • Ability to filter CP Outputs by Section

Plan by Task

  • Ability to filter list of Tasks by Section

  • A Section is required for a Task to be created

  • Sections are associated to Tasks by default based on CP Output to be monitored with the ability to remove any of the sections

  • Ability to view all locations that PD/SSFA covers

  • Ability to select a Site for a Task or a Visit by filtering locations in a cascading order

  • Ability to view Location selected for filtering on a map interface

Preparation

  • Ability to log issues related to a geographic area defined by the user rather than related to a specific site or administrative level.

VISIT & DATA COLLECTION

List of Visits

  • Ability to filter list of Visits by Section, TPM Vendor assigned and FM Team Member assigned (FM Team Member can be UNICEF staff or TPM Vendor’s staff)

Visits & Data Collection

  • Ability to assign a Visit to a TPM Vendor and TPM Vendor’s staff

  • Ability provide narrative information about a Visit

  • Ability to share documents with the FM Team Members related to each Task by selecting from Document Library (As currently built in TPM)

  • Visit reflects the following steps in the workflow: Draft > Assigned > Accepted/Rejected, Ready, Reported, Completed

    1. Draft:

    2. Assigned: FM Team Members get notification about the Visit

    3. Accepted: Not possible to change dates of the Visit

    4. Rejected: Ability to provide reason why FM Team Member rejected the Visit. Ability to go back to Draft state and change dates

    5. Ready (formerly Checklist finalized): Ability to lock checklist

    6. Reported: Ability to notify UNICEF staff (who?) when FM Team Member is finished with Summary of Findings.

    7. Completed: Ability to mark ‘Reported’ Visits as ‘Completed’ once they are reviewed and found satisfactory

  • Ability for TPM Vendor staff assigned to access the Visit in order to

    1. View Visit information

    2. Accept or reject the Visit

    3. Download documents shared with them

    4. Fill in checklist

    5. Fill in summary of findings

  • Ability to raise Action Points related to a Visit

  • Ability to view all the Action Points related to a Visit

IN-APP ANALYSIS

A dashboard consisting of charts and map resembling the mockup here to:

  • Summarize of the field monitoring coverage as outlined below

  • Help UNICEF staff redirect their efforts towards undercovered overlooked partnerships

Overall Summary

  • Ability to view percentage of number of completed Visits over total (planned and completed) Visits

  • Ability to view percentage of number of completed Tasks over total (planned and completed) Tasks

  • Ability to visually compare the percentage of the completed Tasks and Visits to the percentage of days passed in the current year

Coverage by Partner

  • Ability to view a list of all CSO partners with active, ended or suspended PD/SSFAs that contribute to CP Outputs monitored at community level and all government partners that contribute to CP Outputs monitored at community level

  • For each of these partners, ability to:

    1. View number of planned Tasks by aggregating all planned per each month

    2. View number of completed Tasks by aggregating all with summary findings

    3. View how many of the completed tasks were HACT-compliant by aggregating tasks with summary finding for checklist no.1

    4. View minimum programmatic visits required for HACT purposes

    5. View number of days passed since the end date of the Visit in which a Task related to this specific partner had a summary finding.

    6. View number of open action points with a hyperlink to Action Points module

  • Ability to sort the list of partners by:

    1. Number of days passed since the end date of the Visit in which a Task related to this specific partner had a summary finding.

    2. % of completed Tasks over total(planned and completed) number of Tasks

Coverage by PD/SSFA

  • Ability to view a list of all active, ended or suspended PD/SSFAs that contribute to CP Outputs monitored at community level.

  • For each of these PD/SSFA, ability to:

    2. View number of completed tasks by aggregating all with summary findings

    3. View number of days passed since the end date of the site visit in which a task related to this specific PD/SSFA had a summary finding.

  • Ability to sort the list of PD/SSFAs by:

    1. Number of days passed since the end date of the Visit in which a Task related to this specific PD/SSFA had a summary finding.

    2. % of completed Tasks over total(planned and completed) number of Tasks

Coverage by CP Output

  • Ability to view a list of active and expired (in the last 12 months) CP Outputs that are monitored at community level

  • For each CP Output, ability to:

    1. View number of planned tasks by aggregating all planned per each month

    2. View total number of completed tasks by aggregating all with summary findings

    3. View number of days passed since the end date of the Visit in which a Task related to this specific CP Output had a summary finding.

    4. View number of open action points with a hyperlink to Action Points module

  • Ability to sort the list of CP Outputs by:

    1. Number of days passed since the end date of the site visit in which a task related to this specific CP Output had a summary finding.

    2. % of completed Tasks over total(planned and completed) number of Tasks

  • Ability to view a list of all Sections which have at least a Task planned for or completed

  • For each Section, ability to:

    1. View number of planned tasks by aggregating tasks planned per each month

    2. View total number of completed tasks by aggregating all with summary findings

    3. View number of days passed since the end date of the Visit in which a Task related to this specific Section had a summary finding.

    4. View number of open action points with a hyperlink to Action Points module

  • Ability to sort the list of Section by:

    1. Number of days passed since the end date of the site visit in which a task related to this specific Section had a summary finding.

    2. % of completed Tasks over total(planned and completed) number of Tasks

    3. Number of open Action Points

Geographic Coverage

  • For each lowest available admin level for the country workspace, ability to view the total number of completed Tasks by aggregating all with summary findings

  • Ability to filter the above data by particular partner, PD/SSFA, CP Output or Section
