Analysis

The purpose of the analysis is to allow quick processing and visualization of the results of field monitoring to feed into programme management; similarly, analysis allows the assessment of how well field monitoring is covering the CP and partnerships.

Ability to filter all analysis by office, CP outcome, section, CP outputs, geographic boundaries, as well as by TPM provider and individual field monitor (the latter for quality assurance)

Ability to view the number completed FM visits and percentage as compared to planned.

Ability to view the number field monitoring reports that have covered each checklist item as compared to planned and as compared to the overall coverage of field visits.

Ability to view the number focus group discussion undertaken and percentage as compared to planned, including breakdown by type of focus group discussion

Ability to view action points by status and by number and percentage

Ability to view assessment of progress by CP outputs based on number and percentage of FM site reports showing “progressing as planned” or “not” overall and for each checklist issues (based on combined methods and based on focus group discussions).

Ability to view assessment of partner performance, showing the number and percentage of FM reports showing “progressing as planned” or “not” overall and for each checklist issues (based on combined methods and based on focus group discussions), comparing against average for CO partners overall and partners of same risk category.

Ability to carry out analysis by checklist issue, viewing number and percent of FM reports identifying specific checklist issues as expected vs. not (based on combined methods and based on focus group discussions) with total and percentage of completed as compared to planned

Ability to associate specific checklist items that are completed to ensure the visit is counted on the HACT dashboard
