Creating and Assigning Visits
The purpose of the creating and assigning visits functionalities is to allow concrete short-term planning of field monitoring site visits, assigning dates and who will do field monitoring, whether naming staff members or assigning to a Third Party Monitoring team (connecting to the TPM module). This should allow those who have done longer term planning to select and group field monitoring tasks related to multiple CP outputs and related partners. It should also allow those who are not doing advance planning to simply define the scope of a field monitoring site visit or a batch of site visits in the short-term, where they are ready to assign dates and who is doing the visit. This should still include notices to help guide staff to see where they might coordinate with another planned site visit for greater efficiency.
Integration to existing TPM portal to allow for further assignment of visit to a TPM field monitor.

Ability to assign field monitors (UNICEF staff and TPM) for specific site visits on a specific date identifying the team lead and team members. (Anticipate that future iterations will include options to include partners as part of data collection team, perhaps as guests, accessing only data collection functions.)

Ability to view the site status of the field visits, planned in draft (e.g. scope is defined by CP output and partners, site and date are defined and possibly with or without assigned data collectors), final planned (all dimensions fixed), completed (site report completed).

Ability to sort those site visits by CP output, partner, date, location and site to see potential for combining site visits, as well as possible prompts to show when a site visit is planned to the same location and month to trigger staff to combine site visits.
