Report Finalization

Report Finalization phase consolidates all reports and findings grouped by entity into one dashboard view:

Each information gathering activity is represented by a gray box. The box details the method used, the person conducting the activity, and the overall finding:

Each entity box has the Edit button allowing users to edit final summary findings based on all the monitoring activities at the Entity level and summaries for every question.

Then, the user can define if the entire Entity area should be on or off track:

After all relevant monitoring activities have been reflected in the gray boxes, the User can click the Submit button:

Notice that by clicking the Submit button, users lock the ability to add additional information before final approval. Report Finalization stage is the last opportunity to ensure that offline data collection has been synced and uploaded into the system.
