Creating and Assigning Visits

REQUIREMENT

Ability to assign field monitors (UNICEF staff and TPM) for specific site visits on a specific date identifying the team members. (Anticipate that future iterations will include options to include partners as part of data collection team, perhaps as guests, accessing only data collection functions.)

Ability to view the site status of the field visits, planned in draft (e.g. scope is defined by CP output and partners, site and date are defined and possibly with or without assigned data collectors), final planned (all dimensions fixed), completed (site report completed).

Ability to sort those site visits by CP output, partner, date, location and site to see potential for combining site visits, as well as possible prompts to show when a site visit is planned to the same location and month to trigger staff to combine site visits.
