Report Types

There are 3 progress report types supported:

  •

  •

  •

Overview

Progress Reports are essentially a container of one or more indicator reports (except for ). The reporting period (start -> end date) that this progress report is being submitted would be exactly the same date range for all the included indicator reports.

In IP Reporting the individual indicator reports are not given any prominence, but under the hood thats what the partner is really reporting on. The following image shows the relationship at a high level. Please refer to the for more details.

Partners do not create progress reports or indicator reports or for that matter anything in the IP Reporting interface. These are auto-generated for them at a frequency as setup/agreed upon in PMP and they have to come in and enter data for them in PRP.

Report due date

Each progress report for a certain period has a due date. This date is decided as part of the PD setup by UNICEF. A report becomes overdue if not submitted by that date.
